Ecologically and nature conscious

The Domaine de Priesmont has respect for the past, but also for the future. Rainwater from the domain is collected and reused. Fifty solar panels next to the house provide energy. High efficiency boilers, heat pumps and wood gasification provide comfortable heating on cold winter evenings. The estate also has a water purification plant and a small wind turbine. It goes without saying that all detergents in Priesmont are eco-friendly. We also try to ban as many plastics in the house as we possibly can.

Domaine De Priesmont is currently managed by Carl Puylaert of Hereditas NV, a company that has been active in Belgium since 1993. With the Domaine De Priesmont, Hereditas completes the restoration of its sixth monument, and we are quite proud of that.
